With over 42 years of experience, Ms. Rocio has dedicated her life to nurturing and educating children. Originally a professor in Colombia, she moved to the U.S. in 2001 to provide better opportunities for her son, but her passion for working with children never stopped.
Ms. Rocio has taught over 1,000 children and has a unique gift for seeing strengths in every child that others may overlook. She creates deep personal connections, understands how each child learns best, and develops individualized learning plans to help them thrive.
With experience in NAEYC, APPLE, and NAC accreditation program inspections, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, she brings expertise, warmth, and dedication to Tiny Arrows. Here, every child is seen, valued, and guided toward their full potential.
